Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PostGuru ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostGuru’s paid beta connects supported social accounts, schedules approved video posts, and displays available account analytics. Available platforms appear in the application. Platform permissions, account restrictions, processing delays, and outages can affect publishing and analytics. We do not guarantee publication at an exact time or any audience or revenue outcome. Owner Studio content creation features are separate from the paid beta.

The beta supports 10 connected accounts, 100 active publishing targets, and 1 GiB of uploaded media per workspace. Each MP4 can be up to 64 MiB and 3–180 seconds. YouTube allows 3 upload attempts per workspace per Pacific day in this beta, including failed attempts. Limits from social platforms also apply.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines
• Using the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not using the Service to create harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Holding the rights needed to upload and publish your video, music, and other content
• Reviewing the selected accounts, content disclosures, audience, and publishing time before approval

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create using PostGuru remains your property. However, images sourced from third-party providers (such as Pexels) are subject to their respective licenses. AI-generated captions are provided for your use but the underlying AI models remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe, and hosting and authentication providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Uploading through PostGuru does not guarantee that YouTube will classify a video as a Short.

PostGuru uses YouTube API Services. By using PostGuru's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Only connect accounts you have permission to manage. You can revoke PostGuru's access through your Google security settings.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

When billing is available, the application and Stripe Checkout show the recurring price before payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use Manage billing to cancel or update payment details. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps access through that period. Failed payments can pause new publishing. Canceling a subscription does not remove posts already published on a social platform. Contact support for billing questions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
